Mt. Juliet Florist - Moss' Flower Shop & Flower Delivery

I ordered flowers from states away for my sister's birthday and Moss' Flower Shop was wonderful! The flowers and the vase were absolutely beautiful and delivered with no worries. I would order from them again anytime and recommend them to anyone in the Mt Juliet area.

This plant is for Eagle Creek Real Estate, started by my son in laws brother, Joey Carpenter, who is a wonderful role model for my grandsons. I am so proud of him and his friend as they start this endeavor. This plant did not disappoint. They were so happy with it and I appreciate that. I had been using another florist for over 10 years and my last order the plant was covered in deadly plant pests. My friend asked them to come pick it up. They argued with her but agreed. And it was replaced with a lesser cost plant. I wouldn’t have even know if my friend hadn’t told me. No call from that florist. An argument ensued when I called them. No refund for the difference in charge. That isn’t customer service. Moss couldn’t deliver on Saturday and I received no fewer than 4 phone calls trying to recoordinate the delivery. I am beyond happy with the plant, the service, and the on line order experience. Hopefully they will be my florist for life!

I ordered a 25th fall birthday arrangement for my daughter and it was absolutely beautiful! She’s posted it on all of her social media claiming it. It’s the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen! Thank you so very much for always doing an amazing job!

Delivered on time, arrived in perfect condition. Flowers and container are very nice. My fiance is very pleased!

This beautiful arrange was given to a friend for a birthday present. She loved it. It was delivered on time, also.

This bouquet is gorgeous. We placed an order for same-day delivery for a colleague and it was totally effortless. The driver sent a photo once it got there. Thank you for your talent and care! I will be ordering from here again.

Beautiful corsage delivered as planned. Kept it in the refrigerator until next day’s prom. Looked beautiful on their wrist and held up through pictures and dancing. The very edges of the roses were a little brown so I might order the next time for same day as prom or event to avoid that small amount of browning on the edges.

The flowers for my anniversary were beautiful. Mosses does an amazing Job!
